On calling for a quote, I pressed 1 for a call back, agent called back within 5mins. Discussed a few options as I already have my other dog covered, then decided on a similar policy. We have taken on my late nans dog. This is one of the only insurance companies that gave us a decent quote with inclusions on the small print. Yes she isn't covered for preexisting. But the cost and excess and voluntary payment was the best value for money. Reviewed on: 26th September 2023
