Unbelievable Value

Haven't had any need to contact them or make a claim but no problems with documents or direct debit but the best bit..... My renewal only went up £16!!! My dog is 7. We've always had to move insurance companies because the renewal has always had a ridiculous price increase. I completely forgot this year as I didn't even notice the difference in my new direct debit. Thankfully I had auto renew. So far, one year in, no problems. I received a call from one of your customer service team regarding one of my dogs, Bella. It was related to her insurance renewal. I am always wary of significant price increases so asked for someone to call before it renewed. This happened, which is great and the increase was relatively small.
