Easy, friendly and helpful

Simple to set up, you can auto-renew and still get a call to check the cover is still right for you. Handy when I was unwell and had my eyes off the ball to check during a recent health issue as they did the leg work. Reviewed on: 13th July 2023

We have both our dogs insured with Perfect Pet - when our first dog was approx 6 months old, he had an unexpected accident which cost an arm and a leg, but Perfect Pet honoured the terms of the insurance and reimbursed a large portion of the vet fees, which gave us peace of mind financially. It's not easy to go through things like that with your beloved pet, but the support received with Perfect Pet throughout the process was great and we were happy when we got our second dog, to insure her with them too, as we had the confidence and trust in them, that they will come through if anything unexpected like this happens again with either dog. They are always friendly and polite on the phone, and make sure to help with any query so that you are satisfied everything is in order and taken care of, so you can have peace of mind day-to-day, to enoky life with your pets, knowing your pets are covered.
