I've just renewed my pet insurance with all the same coverage, but for much less than the renewal price and excess than that of my current company. Will hopefully never need to use it, but feel assured by their award winning title, so couldn't be happier. It only took a few minutes to set up via Money Supermarket too. Wouldn’t waste money on them

Pay money each month in good faith, then on the only occasion I need to make a claim, they find every impossible loophole to wriggle out of paying out. Do not communicate everything at the start of the claim which would’ve saved time and effort chasing them. Terrible service. No longer with them! Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025
