Wouldn’t waste money on them

Pay money each month in good faith, then on the only occasion I need to make a claim, they find every impossible loophole to wriggle out of paying out. Do not communicate everything at the start of the claim which would’ve saved time and effort chasing them. Terrible service. No longer with them! Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025

Assistant seemed to want to explain everything that I’d already done online and I’m sure he said something about my Cat when it was a dog. was very long winded especially as I only wanted to check on one thing before going a head and tbh he could t answer it.
