Assistant seemed to want to explain everything that I’d already done online and I’m sure he said something about my Cat when it was a dog. was very long winded especially as I only wanted to check on one thing before going a head and tbh he could t answer it. Great service and communication

I had no problems with my insurance pay out for my dogs eye problem. From initial consultation through continuation treatment they have been great at communication and help. The phone conversations I have had with them have been friendly and enthusiastic. I needed to claim as my Dog was attacked by another dog on a walk and needed antibiotics however as it was a friend that was walking the dog the claim was rejected. This is ridiculous. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025
