Great service and communication

I had no problems with my insurance pay out for my dogs eye problem. From initial consultation through continuation treatment they have been great at communication and help. The phone conversations I have had with them have been friendly and enthusiastic. I needed to claim as my Dog was attacked by another...

I needed to claim as my Dog was attacked by another dog on a walk and needed antibiotics however as it was a friend that was walking the dog the claim was rejected. This is ridiculous. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025
