Had to phone up as questions asked would implicate me as lying on account to then be told it didn’t matter and to still proceed. When I did follow through to quotes the price was eye watering for a low coverage product. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2025

We've had to make 2 claims so far and both have been handled really quickly and efficiently, with great communication from Perfect Pets all through the process. Our premiums have been really reasonable considering the cover that we get and the fact we've already made claims, and the Perfect Perx rewards are a fantastic benefit that we've used quite a bit as well.
