Everytime i have had to call Perfect Pet they have always been very helpful and solved my query very fast. I have recently had to make a claim onto my insurance which again was very easy with a lot of support offered and step to step instructions on what i needed to do. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2025

Perfect Pet Cover and Service

I have stayed with Perfect Pet Insurance for 3 consecutive years. They paid a claim for one of my dogs when she needed surgery and I renewed the following year. I took out another policy for my younger dog and they helpfully adjusted my existing policy to reduce the overall cost. Couldn't be happier! Reviewed on: 21st August 2025
