We've had to make 2 claims so far and both have been handled really quickly and efficiently, with great communication from Perfect Pets all through the process. Our premiums have been really reasonable considering the cover that we get and the fact we've already made claims, and the Perfect Perx rewards are a fantastic benefit that we've used quite a bit as well. Everytime i have had to call Perfect Pet they have always been very helpful and solved my query very fast.
