Customer Services are second to none. The call handlers are helpful and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Changing policy details IE: our new address was so easy. Really impressive Pet Insurance company and so Perfect Perks on top!! Reviewed on: 15th August 2025

Every time we try to claim, allegedly the claim form hasn’t been submitted which clearly it has and therefore stinks of delaying tactics. When eventually (after several submissions) and we get notification of receipt, the assessment and payout takes ages Reviewed on: 12th August 2025
