Customer service advisors were dedicated and diligent in supporting a claim we were putting through but the vets were not cooperating with their invoicing. They spent a lot of time assisting and talking to the vets directly. Reviewed on: 5th August 2025

Customer Service as it should be!

Excellent customer service, very helpful, went above and beyond to explain the policy in question in full and my options. Also price matched a cheaper quote I found online, meaning I could just renew my policy. There are online perks such discounts for policy holidays and the actual cover is one of the best I have found for my Poppy. The only criticism I have is that it can sometimes take a while to get through on the telephone. Other than that, highly recommend! Reviewed on: 5th August 2025
