The quote was competitive and great value for money. Simple to understand the features and benefits of the policy and excess. Onboarding process was straight forward and all electronic documents received. Easy to set up, navigate around the online portal account. Excellent Perfect Pet Loyalty app too! Thankfully haven’t had to make a claim but I have every confidence if I do all will be fine. The customer service when taking out and renewing the policy has been amazing. Helpful friendly staff are simply great and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2025

Double checking Documents

I hadn't checked documents after taking out insurance. A staff member rung me to check happy with insurance sent me email to sign up and download documents. Very polite etc... and was 2/3 cheaper than other dog insurances... been insuring dogs for nearly 28 years. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025
