Great value , Fantastic price

Over the past 10-15 years my spaniels have always been insured with Pet Protect especially as they get older I know I can still insure them. Not every pet insurance will insure a dog over 8 years of age and this is so important to us Reviewed on: 29th November 2021

No Response

Joined this firm to insure my dog, managed to register my account and this was fine but when went to look at exact details of insurance I couldn’t get onto my account, I emailed them and asked the website to reset whatever reason I can’t get onto my account but no reply after many attempts to get a reply from human or machine, just nothing and all I want to do is look at T and Cs of my insurance. Great Company

I've been with Pet Protect for the last 5 years and have both my dogs insured with them. I have lifetime cover for them both and luckily i did as one of them recently got ill and will be on medication for the rest of his life. I've had no issues with Pet Protect covering his insurance and it's been very smooth process. The monthly price is a bit high which is why I haven't given 5 stars (which is expected for the sick dog but the healthy dog is quite expensive) but for the cover I have got it is worth paying it.
