After viewing Petsure`s website whilst looking to insure our kitten I could tell instantly they were not just after my money. A comprehensive list of choices to suit peoples budget and a more than reasonable quote that I was given sealed it for me. A responsive reply to a couple of queries I had goes a long way nowadays, the 24/7 unlimited advice from a qualified vet is a bonus. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 27th July 2023

Great service

Wanted advice regarding a claim for one of our puppies. Rang up and got straight through to a real person, and was able to discuss the matter. Within a minute a claim form was emailed to me, all the relevant information already pre entered. Great !! All in all very easy to deal with, and would certainly recommend. Great service, whole of rescue dog covered

We’ve been with petsure for two years now. They were the only company we found who would cover the whole of our dog - our dog was a rescue and was found as a stray, we recorded the treatments he’d had in the dogs home and most insurers then wouldn’t cover anything to do with his skin, his feet or his ears. Petsure covered the whole of the dog for a similar price and accepted his history as known conditions. The 24hr vet video consultation is great. Amazing for when you are not sure if you need to seek help, or wait - they’ll also email your vet directly if you need to be seen urgently and you get written notes you can refer back too. We’ve used this a couple of times when our dog has has blood in his sick/poo and been recommended a probiotic which has sorted him out avoiding a costly emergency vet call out. Our claims have been handled quickly, we pay our vets, but they submit the claim for us. We get an email to say the claim has arrived and a subsequent one when it’s been paid. We don’t always get 100% of the claim amount, this is explained in the email - if we are prescribed a medication, that medication has an acceptable claim amount. If our vets charge more than that value then we are left slightly out of pocket. The amounts haven’t been that far out, and it’s not been on every claim Reviewed on: 27th July 2023
