Really caring professional service

Nothing is more annoying than looking for best rates on loans filling out long applications to get false rates of interest including from my own bank , who advertised one rate then at the end of application double or triple the rate. with Plansaver it was quick and there were no lies service via email is very helpful also for those of us that don't have unlimited time , so i would highly recommend thank you Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Exemplary Customer Service

I have over the years since I have joined Planesaver Credit Union taken out loans for various reasons from house repairs to car purchases. I have always been made to feel welcomed and been given good advise on all my transactions. I get a feeling of respect for my custom, something that the banks are only just catching onto.
