Amazing customer service super quick money

When I first applied I was approved in a few days and the money arrived that week! I had a big expense to pay for and ended up topping up my loan to pay for it. The money arrived so quickly without any hassle. I needed a 1 month break recently and they were so kind and accomodating and the whole loan will be laid off in 4 months now! So easy to come straight out of your paycheck without having to save money aside. And I even save a little extra into a saver account which I'm not allowed to withdraw from until the loan is paid off. So now I've had money when I really needed it and a little saving at the end! Will definitely keep saving after the loan is paid off but I'm happy to know it's there if I need it again. Thanks for the excellent service! Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

Why look anywhere else!

From the Day I signed up and made just one payment towards my savings and asked for a loan and they said yes. My credit rating is very poor so I was surprised,i then applied for an increase before I paid it off in full and again they approved. Service is fast and reliable, I'd highly recommend this place. Great way to save and a reputable company that you can trust!

I started a Planesaver after hearing a great review from a friend about the credit union, after enquiring via phone call I spoke to a superb advisor wh told me more about the union and what services it offers, I was particularly impressed by the customer service and set up a savings account which allowed me to save from my salary. I later applied for a loan which would be used for career training progression and after a swift process I was offered a great loan which a great rate, Planesaver look at each case separately and is not purely based on your credit score.
