I joined recently after spending quite some time looking for a credit union I could feel confident with. I have to say that I have been met with excellent customer service, clariry of services and my confidence has been restored after a bad experience with another credit union that went in administration Reviewed on: 30th June 2025

Staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Calls are answered promptly. Communication is detailed. Security to account is tight. They are responsible lenders too. I was declined a loan which worked out good for me in the long run which proves that the are responsible lenders. Getting access to my account is great and making transfers, paying in and withdrawals is super easy and done the same day if you request before 3pm. I wouldn't recommend them.
