Cant give a ZERO wish I could. Absolutely shocking company, I made a withdrawl from my savings of just over 3k on the 1st Jan, since then I have got £1600 of it but £1400 is on the missing list and the customer support is shocking they raised a tech support ticket and just went quite on me and kept saying the same thing that it is all in hand! Its been 20 days since I made the withdrawal so I made a complaint, now looks I am waiting up to a max of 7 weeks until they have to respond to my complaint and the support chat dont even respond to my requests now. Plum is great at making saving money easy & hassle free - simply link your bank account, set your savings appetite and forget about it. The app makes it easy to start investing as a beginner - using the splitter to automatically deposit money across any of your accounts.
