Brilliant

It’s an app that helps you manage, save on your bills and create little projects to make investments at no big expense and can make impressive gains on it. The capital is always at risk but if you see the way the world is going now all of it is digital. Doing it all from the palm of your hands is so relaxing and stress free and knowing what your payments are as plum works out your regular outgoings so you know exactly what you have left over and you can plan for a rainy day or clear any overdrafts or even set up a personalised goal like holiday or new car. Plum is the best

Simple easy way to save

Really good investment platform for beginners

I downloaded Plum on the basis that I needed to start saving up for a deposit on my first home, with a Stocks and Shares ISA being the best way to go for the amounts and frequency I was wanting to put money aside in savings. Plum makes it very easy for a beginner trader like myself, with full transparency on what funds you can invest in, a simple-to-understand view on how the funds have performed recently and of course plenty of warnings about capitol being at risk. The AI-based saving mechanism is also a handy feature for those that know they need to save but are not sure how much they should start saving considering their current spending habits. The only improvement that I would hope comes along is the times deposits to Plum itself, and further to actual investments, are processed. This is especially important for investments, as sometimes deposits to funds can take quite a while and an opportunity to invest at a market low could be missed. Overall a good app for beginners. Not trust expected

The company concentrated more on emojis and social media chumminess than the key responsibilities of a fintech company. They relied on AI to anser questions and when a human did help they did not understand the question and relied on me to prove what I was seeing when it was obvious in my account. I have work for several companies in the financial services and this experiences rates as the poorest I have come across personally and professionally. Reviewed on: 6th February 2021
