POCKIT IS A SCAM!

1
I sent upgrade documents to Pockit over two weeks ago.. Pockit acknowledged these documents, stating I would receive an email within 48 hours. That was over 2000 hours ago & all of my emails since have been ignored. They don't answer the phone. I was booked to go on holiday tomorrow but I've had to cancel it because pockit have all my money I don't have any Food, Water, Gas, Electricity. Neither myself nor my dog have eaten for two days. Ive told pockit this & they still haven't responded. Only something so desperately depraved, cruel & evil would fail to respond to that information. Im past caring about the money, we're going to die. Please! for your good folks, do not give pockit any money, its a SCAM! They're not regulated like banks, they're just a bunch of scamers from Pakistan looking to make a quick buck. I have over 10,000 emails from people who have said the same things I have. People have even told me, members of their family have committed suicide because of what pockit did to them. Its all about the money folks, they don't care about you. Once they get enough, they'll disappear. And don't pay any attention to the recent reviews, because all they do is when all the bad reviews build up, they falsify a dozen reviews just to push the bad ones to the back. Proof of this is... Go read there Twitter account... OMG, thousands of complaints, one after the other. But they don't care folks, all they want is for you to keep giving them your money. I've even told them to give me a simple appology, put my account right & I will remove all my posts, but nope, not a peep, because they just don't give a dam. Quite frankly, you would never get gangsters behaving like this. Proper gangsters are very respectful people, they have manners. These pockit guys think manners is a big country house. Do not have anything to do with pockit folks, get your money out (if you can) & put it into the post office they do a pay as you go mastercard exactly the same as pockit, except the post office card actually works & your moneys safe. SERIOUSLY.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!POCKIT IS A SCAM! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

Would give no stars if i could

1
Customer service is TERRIBLY. They have my £50 but are refusing to give it back. I have EVERYTHING they have asked now telling they wont discuss my issue via email but to call customer services. Wrong number given and once i googled correct number the line was just cut off. UPDATE so nothing just getting the same auto email reply. Have tried calling but just kept on hold for ages (20 mins) one call Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

BACs transfer missing of £1,000,

BACs transfer missing of £1,000, been 2 months, 2 investigations and still missing... promises every 2 weeks that it has now 'cleared' and long phone calls with no-one calling you back! Reviewed on: 8th August 2017

OK for a year, then wham! £70 gone and no response

1
I would have thought that if a customer/account holder has lost this amount (£70), a properly organised financial concern would quickly respond to put it right. I have waited three days and Nothing. So presumably this disorganisation is designed to take your money. Very sad about this and rather annoyed. Reviewed on: 7th August 2017

Cannot get through to customer service

I lost my password and PIN after not using the card for a long time. When I requested password reset no email comes and I cannot see to call them successfully. I would not recommend this card to anyone Reviewed on: 15th July 2017

Do not get a pockit card - ITS A SCAM

1
First they tell you, get a pockit card its easy, name, address, load ur card & go shop. Total bullshit! I believed them to my cost. What they don't tell you is, you cannot use it strait away. They don't tell you that you must supply photographic ID before you can use it & they do this by telling every customer, "We can't verify ur address, please send two forms of ID" That is an outright & deliberate lie, pure deceit. They know full well before they take ur money that they're going to say that, but not before & once you put ur money in, they put a stop on ur card & refuse to give you ur money back. You want proof? Ok, I sent this email to Pockit on Monday 10th July 2017... Why is my card rejected everywhere I go & how come I can never get money out when I need it? They replied today 13th July 2017, this is a copy of their email... (Pockit) Jul 13, 13:51 BST Hi Paul, Thank you for contacting Pockit. Your withdrawals have been declined due to your limits. As a Lower account limit holder. Your monthly pay in limit is £200 and out limit is £800 in 30 days. The maximum you can withdraw in a year is £80. What use is an account were you can pay thousands into in a year but can only withdraw £80 a year. Its absulutely absurd, but there it is in black & white, the full proof of the Pockit Scam - Don't give them a penny, you've been warned folks. Reviewed on: 13th July 2017

Dealing with Pockit is a Nightmare

1
I was due a £1700 payment from an Insurance Company. I checked the Pockit Website from my Phone and in the limits section it said You can deposit a maximum of £30,000 per year, £5000 per month, £2500 per week and (£750 per day if you transfer using a debit card) I asked the Insurance to transfer the £1700 by bank transfer as it was within the £2500 per week and not by debit card. The transaction was declined. I phoned the helpline waited 20 minutes before speaking to an operator who said "It's been declined because there's a daily bank transfer limit of £1500. Apparently they don't put all the limits in the maximum limits section so you have to look in Terms & Conditions!! She explained that the money would be credited back to the insurance company within 1-3 working days. Explained situation to Insurers who said they'd raise a cheque and issue it as soon as refund received. Checked with them after 3 days no refund received. E-mailed Pockit with confirmation of non receipt from Insurer. Site says "we aim to respond to your e-mail within 48 hours" Called helpline waited 15 minutes to be told "I see your e-mail you need to speak to finance department they don't open on Saturday I'll ask them to call you on Monday" Rang Pockit Monday (having heard nothing from their finance department" Waited 18 minutes operator said "Yes I see your e-mail. Transfers can take up to a maximum of 10 days I'll e-mail finance to sort this out for you" I asked to speak to someone in finance "sorry they don't take calls I'll get the information you requested and e-mail it to you today" The transfer from my insurer was made on a Monday received by pockit and declined on Tuesday so I don't see how the refund of the declined transfer should take 10 days Trying to speak to them takes ages. When you do speak to them they tell you different things. Useful Account to have when everything goes smoothly, they are rubbish at customer service when anything goes wrong. Website misleading (though they promise to update the limits section!) Reviewed on: 10th July 2017
