wheres my money pockit

1
Pockit have had my money for over three months, they locked me out of my account, after a card change so I can't withdraw anything. Twice they have promised to write a cheque but guess what no cheque. Financial Ombudsman is pretty weak at getting into action so I have to wait an additional eight weeks before I can get them involved. DO NOT sign up with pockit there are better options in the market. Reviewed on: 29th September 2017

Pockit won't let me get my money now ignoring emails

1
Going into the second week since pockit disabled my account asked for my id which I gave but told will take 30/45 days to review my account was also told that no money could go in or out whilst disabled yet pockit have taken over £200 of my money and won't give it back. When I call still the same ignorant staff and when I email I get the same message "my account under review when we have an update we'll be in touch" now I'm not even getting replies! I've three children one is 18 months old I've had no money for anything because of these scammers its disgraceful!!! And no one seems to know anything if my money isn't bounced back I'll be going to the police! Reviewed on: 21st September 2017

Avoid before they pockit your money

1
Had 230 pound sent into my account, pockit sent an email saying that they declined the transaction. So we called they said it will be back in the original account in 3 working days, a week passes and still no sign of it. Checking around it seems other people have had this similar problem, funnily enough their "merchant bank" seems to fail quite often. When we contacted them again they asked for proof! They sent an email to us stating the money was declined! So they said they will send a form we need to fill in with 10 questions about the transaction. Since then another week has passed and they are now ignoring our emails. Get your money out while you can! I will be contacting watchdog and known investors straight away and the financial Ombudsman as soon as it hits 8 weeks. Reviewed on: 21st September 2017

Useless

1
Totally useless. It takes about an hour and a half or so everytime you load your card by bank transfer. They are less than useless on Sundays. Today is Sunday, my card was loaded at 10am and it's half 3 and it's still not gone on. I've rang them twice. The first time the guy (who you could barely understand) couldn't care less and said it could take up to 5 hours to go on my card, I've just rang again and the woman said that their fasterpayments aren't working but they are trying to fix it. I don't expect to be able to access this money at all today now. Once you load your card, they get the money then it just seems like they'll credit your account when they can be bothered. Avoid like the plague. NB.. Every time my card has been loaded on a Sunday there has been problems. It's like they run with a total skeleton staff that don't know what they are doing. The last time I had need to ring it was a Sunday too. I had someone put me £1 in because its costs 99p to withdraw cash from an ATM (fair enough) but virtually a whole day had gone by and it hadn't gone on. When I rang them that time NO ONE in their building knew what the minimum amount was that you had to put on so you could load your card. She even went away to ask. You couldn't make it up. Edited to add: It's 17:40 and my money still isn't on my card. It was put on at 10:00 this morning. Edit: 19:31 still not in. Reviewed on: 10th September 2017

The Jatania family Pockit scam..

1
The Jatania family Pockit scam.. For months I have been sending ID to pockit to upgrade my account, but they keep ignoring my request. That was until I contacted Trustpilot. Pockit called me within the hour saying, send your ID again. So I agreed, but before I did, my lawyer said, "Before you send it to them, send it to the following people first" So... 1. I sent it to The Office Of Fair Trading. 2. I sent it to Verisign. 3. I sent it to the treasury. 4. And finally, I sent it to the Bank of England. I received confirmation almost immediately from all 4 of these sources. All stated the photo was fully legible & would be acceptable to them as proof. One of the sources was kind enough to type it out in full & send it to me. I then sent the same photo to Pockit & do you know what they did? They emailed me & said.. Quote.. "Proof of address is not compliant with our standards for upgrading" Ahaa! And what standards would they be pray I ask Mr Jatania? Well, there you have it folks, overwhelming, absolute and unequivicol proof that Pockit are liars & scammers & frankly, as I have just proven, pretty dumb ones at that.. The family behind this scam, is a london based Indian family.. The Jatania family.. the pockit element being run by one Virraj Jantania.. If you are a Pockit customer or investor... know someone who is.. GET YOUR MONEY OUT STRAIT AWAY OR YOU WILL LOOSE IT! I should also extend the same advice to those who have invested their own cash in the Pockit scam and they are.. Sir Alex Ferguson...
