Useless

1
Totally useless. It takes about an hour and a half or so everytime you load your card by bank transfer. They are less than useless on Sundays. Today is Sunday, my card was loaded at 10am and it's half 3 and it's still not gone on. I've rang them twice. The first time the guy (who you could barely understand) couldn't care less and said it could take up to 5 hours to go on my card, I've just rang again and the woman said that their fasterpayments aren't working but they are trying to fix it. I don't expect to be able to access this money at all today now. Once you load your card, they get the money then it just seems like they'll credit your account when they can be bothered. Avoid like the plague. NB.. Every time my card has been loaded on a Sunday there has been problems. It's like they run with a total skeleton staff that don't know what they are doing. The last time I had need to ring it was a Sunday too. I had someone put me £1 in because its costs 99p to withdraw cash from an ATM (fair enough) but virtually a whole day had gone by and it hadn't gone on. When I rang them that time NO ONE in their building knew what the minimum amount was that you had to put on so you could load your card. She even went away to ask. You couldn't make it up. Edited to add: It's 17:40 and my money still isn't on my card. It was put on at 10:00 this morning. Edit: 19:31 still not in. Reviewed on: 10th September 2017

The Jatania family Pockit scam..

1
The Jatania family Pockit scam.. For months I have been sending ID to pockit to upgrade my account, but they keep ignoring my request. That was until I contacted Trustpilot. Pockit called me within the hour saying, send your ID again. So I agreed, but before I did, my lawyer said, "Before you send it to them, send it to the following people first" So... 1. I sent it to The Office Of Fair Trading. 2. I sent it to Verisign. 3. I sent it to the treasury. 4. And finally, I sent it to the Bank of England. I received confirmation almost immediately from all 4 of these sources. All stated the photo was fully legible & would be acceptable to them as proof. One of the sources was kind enough to type it out in full & send it to me. I then sent the same photo to Pockit & do you know what they did? They emailed me & said.. Quote.. "Proof of address is not compliant with our standards for upgrading" Ahaa! And what standards would they be pray I ask Mr Jatania? Well, there you have it folks, overwhelming, absolute and unequivicol proof that Pockit are liars & scammers & frankly, as I have just proven, pretty dumb ones at that.. The family behind this scam, is a london based Indian family.. The Jatania family.. the pockit element being run by one Virraj Jantania.. If you are a Pockit customer or investor... know someone who is.. GET YOUR MONEY OUT STRAIT AWAY OR YOU WILL LOOSE IT! I should also extend the same advice to those who have invested their own cash in the Pockit scam and they are.. Sir Alex Ferguson... POCKIT IS A SCAM!

1
I sent upgrade documents to Pockit over two weeks ago.. Pockit acknowledged these documents, stating I would receive an email within 48 hours. That was over 2000 hours ago & all of my emails since have been ignored. They don't answer the phone. I was booked to go on holiday tomorrow but I've had to cancel it because pockit have all my money I don't have any Food, Water, Gas, Electricity. Neither myself nor my dog have eaten for two days. Ive told pockit this & they still haven't responded. Only something so desperately depraved, cruel & evil would fail to respond to that information. Im past caring about the money, we're going to die. Please! for your good folks, do not give pockit any money, its a SCAM! They're not regulated like banks, they're just a bunch of scamers from Pakistan looking to make a quick buck. I have over 10,000 emails from people who have said the same things I have. People have even told me, members of their family have committed suicide because of what pockit did to them. Its all about the money folks, they don't care about you. Once they get enough, they'll disappear. And don't pay any attention to the recent reviews, because all they do is when all the bad reviews build up, they falsify a dozen reviews just to push the bad ones to the back. Proof of this is... Go read there Twitter account... OMG, thousands of complaints, one after the other. But they don't care folks, all they want is for you to keep giving them your money. I've even told them to give me a simple appology, put my account right & I will remove all my posts, but nope, not a peep, because they just don't give a dam. Quite frankly, you would never get gangsters behaving like this. Proper gangsters are very respectful people, they have manners. These pockit guys think manners is a big country house. Do not have anything to do with pockit folks, get your money out (if you can) & put it into the post office they do a pay as you go mastercard exactly the same as pockit, except the post office card actually works & your moneys safe. SERIOUSLY.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!POCKIT IS A SCAM! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

Wrong number given and once i googled correct number the line was just cut off. UPDATE so nothing just getting the same auto email reply. Have tried calling but just kept on hold for ages (20 mins) one call Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

BACs transfer missing of £1,000,

BACs transfer missing of £1,000, been 2 months, 2 investigations and still missing... promises every 2 weeks that it has now 'cleared' and long phone calls with no-one calling you back! Reviewed on: 8th August 2017

OK for a year, then wham! £70 gone and no response

1
I would have thought that if a customer/account holder has lost this amount (£70), a properly organised financial concern would quickly respond to put it right. I have waited three days and Nothing. So presumably this disorganisation is designed to take your money. Very sad about this and rather annoyed. Reviewed on: 7th August 2017
