The true reflection of a company is not when it's going well but when customers have a problem and you Pocket fail on every aspect, Pocket system shows them money in your account but what you see on your account does not correspond after waiting on the phone for 20minutes to talk to someone you get rude call centre staff who are not interested and disconnect your call, ID verification is the biggest joke you send them what they ask for, nothing happens you contact them again they ask for the same documents and round and round you go and all the time your account is blocked and no access to your money, if you want to see your money keep it in your pocket not there's Reviewed on: 26th October 2017

great idea but actually sucks

Great idea but their systems & support absolutely suck. I have very little confidence that they will look after my money adequately, so I keep very small balances. Perhaps when they get their act together and learn to walk before they can run it'll improve. The sign up process went wrong and the account wouldn't open because they needed some documents they didn't tell me they needed, I had to ask. When I asked what went wrong they didn't answer the question. I paid in some money which showed on my account, but a couple of days later they changed the paying-in process and the original money went missing. It took weeks to get it resolved. When I asked what went wrong they didn't answer the question. An additional card on the account couldn't be activated, and when I asked them why they didn't answer the question but did activate the card. I added money to the additional card, but when the card was used first time it was declined, the card cancelled, and the money on the account vanished. After several days they told me there was a glitch in their systems. After several more days they said I had cancelled the card and then refunded the money. I hadn't cancelled the card, and not once did anyone answer my questions. There are a load of inconsistencies on the site and on the statements e.g. when the money from the additional card went missing they added it to the main account but the statement for the additional account doesn't show it as being debited. Hard to keep track if the statements are wrong, and hard to have confidence if a 'glitch' can make your money disappear, and hard to have confidence if direct simple questions go unanswered. pockit are useless

Almost a month of pockit withholding my money and no reason other than account being reviewed... ID they requested were sent the day they asked for it yet customer service have no answers! Emails get ignored or a generic email is sent...still no explanation! I was told no money could go in the account yet they've taken over £200!! Still no explanation! Pockit have had my money for over three months, they locked me out of my account, after a card change so I can't withdraw anything. Twice they have promised to write a cheque but guess what no cheque. Financial Ombudsman is pretty weak at getting into action so I have to wait an additional eight weeks before I can get them involved. Pockit won't let me get my money now ignoring emails

Going into the second week since pockit disabled my account asked for my id which I gave but told will take 30/45 days to review my account was also told that no money could go in or out whilst disabled yet pockit have taken over £200 of my money and won't give it back. When I call still the same ignorant staff and when I email I get the same message "my account under review when we have an update we'll be in touch" now I'm not even getting replies! I've three children one is 18 months old I've had no money for anything because of these scammers its disgraceful!!! And no one seems to know anything if my money isn't bounced back I'll be going to the police! Reviewed on: 21st September 2017
