Unreliable service

Worse than a Very poor service. They DISABLED my account without any explanation, and left me with no access to my account! That was nearly 2 weeks ago, access still denied -‘contact customer service’ - they don’t tell me anything. Useless. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2017

Really bad company

I can’t access my account and their site keeps telling me my details are wrong so I can’t log in. But my details are not wrong. For the past month I’ve tried to contact them about this and they just don’t want to help. I can’t even check my money that’s in the account. I’m not putting any more money into this account as I find it really strange how a company lets u put money in but not let u take it out too. Not one email back from Pockit. My latest email look at the typing skills from there customer service also that was on Nov 13th its now the 15th November and guess what there has been no money sent back so this is ultimate proof of fraudulent actions by POCKIT !!! Kind regards, Esther Customer Service Pockit Details : This is what POCKIT HAVE done: *Tuesday 12th September: My Pockit account randomly closed and suspended with no reason or excuse ... *Friday 15th September: £240.81 get's paid into my Pockit account from HMRC and stays in my Pockit account even though a customer service rep informed me it would bounce back... *Tuesday 19th September: £48.10 get's paid my Pockit account from Child benefit...at this point im concerned as it also does not bounce back... So.. Endless Emails & Phone Calls later we finally get a response on *Thursday 26th October: Stating our account has been closed (Still no reason) and they stated that the monies £288.91 would be returned to there source's which are i have you know Government sources but this doesn't seem to bother Pockit as they are fraudulent in every sense... *Monday 30th October Marisa Joseph informs it'll be returned as soon as possible (I have every email from them by the way) (Showing severe incompetence and i also have several recorded phone conversations) *Thursday 2nd November: By Facebook messenger the Pockit team confirm that monies will be returned ten working days from 26th October 2017 so meaning by Thursday 9th November... Guess what no monies still to this date and I'll continue to put this generic EXTREMELY DETAILED REVIEW on Trustpilot untill im posted a cheque for the amount of £288.91 of my children's money POCKIT have held since TUESDAY 19th September... Pockit Prepaid Mastercard

I had a card from Pockit I was due a payment of £1700 from an insurance company. Using the mobile app they provide I checked the account limits section before asking the insurer to pay the £1700 into my pockit account. Payment made Pockit deckined the transaction. Called customer services who said "Transaction was declined because it's over the daily limit of £1500 money has been returned to sender" Pointed out this daily limit was not shown on the account maximum limit section of the app. They referred me to terms & conditions which you cannot access on the mobile app. Told me the refund would be by BACS and take up to 3 days. Made 3 calls to customer services because the insurer did not receive the refund. Each time I was told something different "It sometimes takes up to 5 days" "It can take up to 10 days" "We have to rely on our 'Merchant Bank' to process refunds which adds to the delay" I telephoned Wirecard Solutions who process transactions for Pockit. They were very helpful they also confirmed that they do NOT process individual transactions for Pockit. They spoke to Pockit for me..the Insurer received the refund the next day and agreed to split the payment into 2 and resend it. Shortly afterward Pockit helpline emailed me to say "we have now accepted your payment I hope this is satisfactory" I replied "No not really. The insurer had to send 2 payments. Your account limits information is inaccurate. Your Customer Service Team gave false and misleading information. The refund took 11 days to process instead of 3. PLEASE LOG THIS AS A COMPLAINT. Received an email acknowledgement saying "We will investigate and respond within 8 weeks" They didn't respond I called the help line spoke to an operator who said "I cannot find any reference to your complaint on our system" Spoke again to Wirecard Sokutions sent them a copy of the email promising an investigation and response within 8 weeks. They emailed Pockit saying please respond to the complaint by 5pm today. Received an email from Pockit saying "Sorry we have found your complaint here's a copy of our response which we sent by email" I obviously didn't receive it. The response went on to blame "our processing partner" for the errors. Complained to the ombudsman they had to chase Pockit for information they promised to send but eventually found in my favour and awarded me compensation. I tried 3 times to speak to Pockit customer services to say Please Close my account. Each time I listened to music waiting for an agent to answer after 10 to 15 minutes of this I heard a recorded message "All of our agents are busy please call back later" and the call was terminated. I sent them an email to close the account. Opened a basic bank account. Free to deposit and withdraw money. No limit on deposits. Easy to speak to staff on the phone. Can visit a branch and speak to a member of staff. Can pay in cheques. Despite large numbers of customers advising Pockit of problems they seem either unwilling or unable to address the problems. HORRENDOUS COMPANY

Why do you not reply to people, I have had Money taken from my account (Like many other Pockit card users) and you don't care... Anybody reading this please avoid like the plague.. I have had money taken from the card and debits in San Paulo... I've paid for someone's petrol in South America...!! POCKIT really don't care, their customer care number just rings and rings (costing 13p/min), so trying to speak to them about lost money, costs you Money...! Fraudulant Card Debits

My Pockit card has had Fraudulent debits from unknown 3rd Parties in San Paulo and also some American States, Pockit , When I e-mail Pockit (using their online form and externally via their e-mail address nobody gets back to me.. then I have tried phoning their customer services number.. guess what.. you just get the 'your call is important message', but nobody answers.. this is so frustrating.. You have money Fraudulently missing from your account and nobody is available to even answer the phone to help.. Pockit... Why is your customer service so bad... also reading other reviews, I am not the only one to have money missing to debits in South America.. how is this happening.. I have given up trying to contact Pockit and put the Money loss down to experience, I will demonstrate by cancelling the card and walking away.. Terrible customer service

When you try to call Pocket you wait for 20 minutes and all the time you are paying for the call, if you get answered you get unhelpful, rude don't care less staff saying they will send a email, which is what you have already done and no one has answered ,that is why you are trying to talk to someone to help you. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Stay well clear of this company!!! If you read the reviews there are to many people having the same problem i had, i done a funds transfer to my own current account & it never arrived, after numerous attempts trying to get an answer on the phone (at least a dozen attempts) i kept getting cut off after 20mins so i started emailing, it then took over 20 emails to have the problem resolved, if i hadn’t persisted i would never have seen that money again, customer service is a joke, i have now cut up the card & will never use this service again, complete bunch of amateurs & crooks, this place needs shut down, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT TOUCH!!! been paying my wages in for 6 months with no problems until 25/10/17 when my wages didnt show in my account. its been 3 days and all they keep saying is its not been recieved by them. my employer payroll department has confirmed payment has been sent to the default account number and sortcode of 20-59-42 63428524. impossible to get through on the phone as it ends call after 20 mins. and when u do get through they keep asking for proof.... sent wage slip 3 times. they completely ignore my emails and never get back to me. massive scam don not use. i will be going straight to the police.
