The insurer of peace of mind

Policy Expert is a relatively small insurer but they provide big value for money. Their tailored customer service is exemplary and their rates are very competitive and flexible. I was lucky to find them on the web and switched happily from the previous provider. No hesitation in recommending them to everyone. Reviewed on: 16th September 2023

The answer is no now what is the question

I had a valid claim but Policy Expert’s underwriters told me I didn’t. It was up to me to quote my policy’s wording at the telephone operative because they either (I) didn’t seem familiar with their own definition of “accidental damage” or (ii) were hoping I would just accept what they said and go away.
