Good cover

Value and quality

Everything I needed was offered. Having just set up my small pet minding & dog walking business I wanted to make a few enquires before signing up to this insurance. I needed Public Liability & Professional Indemnity. I called the enquiry line rather tentatively. I needn't have worried as customer service was good, friendly & concise. I now feel I could call up any time to get an approachable and knowledgeable agent who is happy to answer my questions. I receive regular emails with useful information without being intrusive.
