Cancerous tumour removed from my dogs leg

My dog had an operation to remove a lump from her leg which turned out to be malignant. I claimed from Purely Pets and was so straight forward with no questions and no hassle. I received an email immediately to say they were assessing my claim and I had a refund within 10 working days, very pleased as I've only had my insurance for Bella for two years as that's as long as we have had her. There when we needed them

Unfortunately we had to submit a claim, our poor fur baby had an accident. He suffered crutiat ligament damage and needed surgery. Our claim was dealt with quickly, fairly, sympathetically and professionally. Would recommend this company without hesitation. Reviewed on: 26th July 2019

This company have been amazing over the last few years . We have a Cockerspaniel who has had a lot of ear problems and we have had a lot of vet bills .
