We have used purely pets for 8 years with our two dogs.One has complex medical issues and purely pets has always been supportive of his treatment. Reviewed on: 10th September 2020

Forever Grateful

I changed over to Purely Pets in January. In May my 8.5yr old Cavachon became ill & it turned out she had Lung Cancer. She passed away on 16 June. Purely pets paid out my claim even though I had only been with them a few months. I am forever grateful as what was a very emotional & stressful time was made easier by them. I’m a new customer with purely pets, prior to this I have used other insurances. Unfortunately my dog got very poorly and needed urgent veterinary care. The bill at the end was larger than I expected, however, Purely Pets took care of everything! The forms were so easy and clear to fill out and payment was made straight to the vet. I was so happy with this during a very stressful time. I cannot recommend this company enough to everyone I know that has pets. Reviewed on: 10th September 2020
