Before purchasing pet insurance I did extensive research online and found Purely Pets to be the best value for price on the market. I completed my order online with no issues. Still waiting for claim to be resolved

Over 12 days from point of right info been sent assor Dog had tumor removed late may claim still not resolved party communcation between vet and insures then info between vet and kc not matching how to get a resolution soon Reviewed on: 10th September 2020

In these difficult times I have found the people at the end of the phone line both helpful and informative. They have dealt with my problems in a polite and cheerful manner. It’s just a shame the insurance seems so expensive now that my dog is older but I know that is inevitable. I have always had a good deal with my claims. Reviewed on: 10th September 2020

1st time Purley Pets Insurer

Switched to purely pets this year as very competative now my dog is 8. For the first time ever in that time we have had to claim for a heart issue. They were very easy to deal with sympathetic,quick and settled well within their timescales. Removed the stress from the experience. Reviewed on: 10th September 2020
