When l put my first claim to carry on with the emergency that occurred with my pet dog I was put at ease straight away

After speaking to Michael at Purely Pets l was relaxed in the way he helped me in the issue of going forward with the claim form and setting everything up with the Eye Vet to deal with the surgery required, he was Brilliant not asking awkward questions and his manner made us all feel good Reviewed on: 10th September 2020

So I've been with the purely pets for a few years now. I've had to make claims on a number of occasions and it has always been fast and stress free. When I've had to call for queries I've never had to wait long in a queue and always spoke to friendly helpful members of staff. I regularly. Recomend them to friends and clients both.
