Inflated renewals for existing vs new customers

Frustrated and disappointed to see that a new customer can get a equivalent ( actually slightly better) policy for sub £30/m when my renewal was quoted at >£50/m. When I called up to discuss my renewal premium was reduced slightly but still >25% more than the cost for the same for a new customer. That sucks. Reviewed on: 30th June 2020

I contacted Purely Pets just after buying our retriever Labrador puppy. Good price quoted for the cover we wanted. All very simple, and we are not bombarded with emails afterwards; but know they are there if needed. Reviewed on: 30th June 2020
