We've used Purely Pets for a number of years for our Airedales, Kiton and the late Angus. Kiton has a chronic ear condition, and Angus was very seriously ill during last few months of his life. Just signed up my second cat as the policy options are so good

Have had our older male cat on Purely Pets for the last 9months and have been very pleased with the customer service and communication. Our 1yr female cat just got her renewal from MiPet the price and excess had just rocketed up for no reason and no claims. So swapped her straight over to Purely Pets, where she is getting far more benefits for a much better price! Great! Reviewed on: 30th June 2020

Great service and product.

After a rather traumatic experience with my puppy, Purely Pets were understanding, patient and sympathetic. Worst pet insurer ever

I first submitted my claim in January and am still waiting to be fully reimbursed After a personal soee we bd golf over £4500. This company never return emails and continue to request further information from my vet who have told me that in 23 years they have never had so much trouble with an insurance company. To add insult to injury they have now increased my premium from £40 per month to over £70 despite not settling the previous claim. Reviewed on: 30th June 2020
