Raisin customer service is appalling.

Raisin customer service is appalling. I recommended my partner and, due to bereavement, she missed an email from Raisin. As a result they blocked her from her account. Trying to get any help from outside of their secure message system, only available from within the account, exposed an appalling customer service system. Reviewed on: 26th January 2025

The Raisin Platform

I found Raisin platform online. This is my third year of investing in 1 year fixed bonds with this platform. I found it very easy to follow and was impressed with their service.
