Great and flexible loans

Borrowed to buy a car at a cheap rate. Easy to replay early without any fees. The real selling point is this is a peer to peer lending system, so you're not making a wealthy bank any richer, just normal people who invest and get a return. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

Great to deal with take entire situation into consideration

I found that unlike other banks Ratestter considered my whole financial position when offering a loan I could afford. Felt like you were dealing with people rather than a computer. That said their online system is great or making payments and checking what is owed! The only issue I had was front loading of fees to the loan meaning early repayment in the first few months was not possible because you owed more than you borrowed. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

Ratesetter as a service provider

Ratesetter were very efficient in dealing with my application and getting my loan processed. The ratesetter website will s easy to navigate and was glitch-free during my time of use. When I closed the loan, the staff handling my account were proficient and professional. Any information that I required was provided within 24-48 hours.
