Rate setter is Better

I applied with rate setter after my bank of 10 years offered me the same loan amount but double the Interest, rate setters quick and easy application and instant exceptence at a much lower rate left me with a smile on my face and change in my wallet. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

Never a worry

Fast, helpful and easy

It was a simple process to fill out the online form, I had a slight issue because of my own mistake, however when I called up for help, they answered quickly (no hold or phone queue) and rectified the problem swiftly. Any other time, i spoke with them they helped the best they could, they even called me back without request when i hadn't been able to get through at a busy time. The payment and debit service is easy. Its great how flexible they are with how much you borrow, unlike other lender's offering the same rate. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

Easiest choice I've ever made.

I am still astonished at the great rates offered by rate setter and am glad to see my repayment leave my account on a monthly basis. I reconsolidated debt with my loan and not only was it the easiest decision I've ever made thanks to rate setter's quick and friendly application process, it's the best decision I've ever made. For a person who had never taken a loan out before, the idea was pretty daunting but rate setter took out the jargon and made the entire process about me. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017
