Great interest rates & slick service

I’ve used RateSetter on multiple occasions including to give me a boost through maternity leave and to finish building a tiny house project. I’ve found them to be a great alternative to the big banks, with the peer-to-peer aspect enabling a fairer interest rate, and the option of paying your loans off early without penalty - which always seemed more ethical to me! I can’t remember ever encountering an automated system when phoning, which is a huge bonus nowadays. And I like that when I log in to my account online I can quickly see my progress or make a payment of any amount. Flexible and fair. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else for finance in the future. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021
