Easy user friendly app & Friendly Customer Service Team

When I first took out my loan a couple of years ago, it was the best option on the market then. I see that to present date, Ratesetter are still in prime position for being customers number one choice. I would highly recommend Ratesetter as it was quick and easy to set up with them, their APR is reasonable, they have a user friendly website which allows you to track your progress and make any extra payments easily without any hidden charges. Also, most importantly, their customer service is excellent! No long call waiting times and always a kind, helpful person to help you on the other end of the line. I have to say that my experience with Ratesetter has been exceptional and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of taking a loan out in the future! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021

Ratesetter helped me turn green

I live in a remote part of the country and my RateSetter loan enabled me to install an Air Source Heat Pump. Because I could fund this independently I received a discount and the energy savings have offset the interest on the loan. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021
