I have had a bond and a notice account both ran smoothly and the online and app are really easy to use. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2025

I have two accounts with them, both 95 day and they...

I have two accounts with them, both 95 day and they have different interest rates and when they notify me of a rate reduction they do not tell me which one. When I asked they didn’t understand the question or they guess which account is which and they got it wrong. When I asked for it to be confirmed they failed again. They are greedy and incompetent.
