Great rates and people with some processing issues

One great plus is that the rates are very competitive. Setting up the account was simple but had some hiccoughs. It took quite some time for our funds to appear in our online portal, too long really. Even when the issue was understood by the bank, it still took days to resolve and that should not happen. However, each time I called the bank I was thoroughly reassured by people who impressed me as being quite competent and genuinely caring. It was a pleasure to deal with the people I spoke to in Support. Now that the account is fully set up, it is running smoothly and all communication from the bank via email is excellent.
