Good product, easy to manage.

Good product, easy to manage online. A big positive for RCI Bank is that they always give the same rates for existing customers as for new - many others don't. The only real issue is that payments in and out of accounts are not instant - this seems unnecessary with the availability of Faster Payments and is a competitive disadvantage compared to other providers.
