Easy enough to set up an account and to deposit & withdraw funds. Good, consistent communication regarding changes to my terms & conditions. one of the best decisions i ever made was joining RCI Bank, not only do i have the ability to save and get excellent rates of interest. I have the flexibility of being able to get to my money easily with the 14 day notice account. The app is extremely user friendly and not complicated like many other banks. The time i did need to speak to the customer service team, was a very professional and friendly service, explaining to me how to make the most out of my experience with them.
