Easy to deal with, honest and fair

Always been easy to deal with online. Account interest rate is good for savings and, unlike some other providers, they don't keep current customers on lower rates while offering higher rates to new customers. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

Rigid & bureaucratic

With over a million on deposit, I requested the withdrawal of just £3k without the 14-day notice period due to urgent circumstances. Two hours later, the Bank called back to say No. I considered this mean-spirited and bureaucratic in a way that undermined my confidence in the Bank. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026
