Easy to use and great customer service

Worry Free Leading Account

I use this account for money I have no immediate need for and despite not requiring any notice I still get a competitive rate. The online service is great with a simple to use website and app and the support I've been provided with over the years over the phone has been great. I have seen other accounts occasionally offer a little more but eventually the fall behind whereas with RCI Bank I can rely on a consistently good rate and peace of mind. That is all I want. Positive and reliable

Great interest rate. User friendly app, even better than you can sign in with your finger print and not the long winded password security method. I rely on it for majority of my savings and it has fscs protection. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
