Easy to use, great for beginners, good interest rates

The account was very easy to set up, it’s easy to access and to see my balance. The RCI Freedom Savings Account interest rates which really helps me get the most of my money. I have two Freedom Savings Accounts with RCI and one fixed term account that I will be moving into one of my freedom accounts when the time comes. Online Only

I can't comment on customer service as I've never phoned RCI but I find the online portal very easy to use and the mobile app is super handy. The information is clear and you don't get bombarded with emails. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026
