Great experience with this bank

All of the communications are written in language that's easy to understand and their website is easy to navigate. They keep me well informed about changes to my account and recently they've upgraded their policies so that money is transferred to my current account with another bank more quickly and with set deadlines so I know in advance how soon my money will arrive. Excellent Customer Service

On one occasion my computer was hacked, and I contacted the RCI Bank to suspend my account until further notice, only being able to access it by me with a written letter and relevant ID. The bank followed my instructions immediately and with help and support, which I truly appreciated. After the hacking episode, all my usual banking with the RCI Bank was restored in accordance with my express wishes also promptly. At the time I received expert and friendly advice and help that mattered to me. I highly recommend the RCI Bank and have recommended it to others. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
