Why RCI is best

Interest rate excellent and every time I’ve contacted the bank I’ve had fast, excellent and friendly response: even when I’ve asked daft questions! I use other banks, but RCI has given me by far the best experience. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

The app rarely works for me sadly.

The app rarely works for me sadly. Numerous attempts to log on each time even though I am using the correct password. Website appears to work better. Would prefer a later cut off time for payments to linked accounts. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
