A solid bank to look after my savings

I decided to use this bank for my savings. I have been very happy with the service provided and have had no problems at all since joining RCI. The interest rate is not as competitive as it once was but is still up there with some of the best on offer so I am happy. If I had to pick any negative, it would be that the withdrawal time i.e the time that it takes to transfer from my savings to my current account which is held with a building society, is slow compared to other banks. Nit picking really though because overall I am very happy. I’d give them a solid 9/10. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025

They are always quick to raise the interest rate on savings accounts and not so quick to reduce it. Communication is clear and relevant and I am not bombarded with sales pitch. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025
