Extremely competitive interest rates and easy to manage on-line platform. I have recommended RCI bank to several friends and family, including my octogenarian mother, whose experiences all mirror mine. On the odd occasions I’ve needed to call RCI customer services, I found the staff to be helpful, knowledgeable & efficient.
