We like our savings easy access without penalties and our Freedom Savings Account with RC1 does exactky feel our needs.. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

No problem

From inception to this day, over a period of 8 years, I've been satisfied with the service I've received, and I find that quite remarkable. Why/ Well thinking of the other banks and services I use, all have had hiccoughs. OK, I'm still using them, but every now and then I have my doubts. But never RCI. They've always communicated well. Interest rates fluctuate but OK, they've let me know and have usually been better than the competition. Yes, it sometimes takes an extra day to transfer money ..... but that is what they tell me, so I understand. Put it like this. It's all about trust and communication and after 8 years, I'm willing to reckomend them. I hope this review helps. Regards Peter Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Trouble free online banking

Safe and secure thanks to good seciruty proceedures and worry-free money transfers when needed. The site has never crashed or caused problems. More than happy to recommend RCI to anyone who needs a solid savings account. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Consistently competitive rates

I've recommended RCI Bank to friends and family as offering competitive savings rates rather than some other banks which offer high introductory rates, only to drop them after a few months. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
