I have had a very positive experience banking with RCI. It is easy to deposit or take out money, the interest rate is competitive for the sector. On the occasion when I locked myself out of my account by inputtingan incorrect password - the person on helpline was quick to resolve the problem. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2025
