Fantastic Savings Bank - Excellent customer service

Excellent smooth sailing bank that you can set up immediately from your phone for a start. The app it's self is easy to use for the start up process and in general very easy to withdraw and deposit money, as long as you follow instructions. They've recently upgraded to same day withdrawls (it used to be next day or day after next depending on time of day which was a chore) which streamlines everything. The rates for monthly and annually are excellent in comparison to banks that are on the street and they're very secure. If I've ever had a query I phone in and over the phone they're very helpful and very friendly. 10/10 RCI. Reviewed on: 26th June 2024

Excellent savings bank

Excellent monthly rates, no hassle withdrawing money, customer service extremely helpful, all at the touch of your fingers as its all done through their mobile app. Their mobile app is easy to use and it takes little effort to set uo an account. But please read their FAQs before hand just so you know which is the right choice for you! Reviewed on: 6th June 2024

The bank is easy to deal with online.

The bank is easy to deal with online. Payments in and withdrawals to a nominated account are normally within 24 hours. The interest rate is amongst the best for easy access savings. RCI's Freedom Savings Account works great for me.

RCI's Freedom Savings Account works great for me. Withdrawals really are instant. Withdrawals from many other easy access accounts take hours or even next day until the money is transferred and available in the nominated account. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
