RCI is not slow to increase the savings interest rates Pleased that RCI is not slow to increase the interest rate when the financial markets indicate that savings rates need to increase. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Dishonest business, beware!

I've withdrawn my money the 7th December, and still haven't received on 11th December 2023. I've contacted them, they tried to explained, fool me, the situation which is good for them but it is not for customers. And I've asked for the interest daily rate that I suppose to get per day while they keep my money in their pockets, and they said you can not get anything since 7th December when you asked for withdrawal. So they get free beef from my money while I'm waiting for that questionable transferring money. Well the very clever game I should say. Therfore, I'm closing down my account to save my money and time. Beware of this type of 'legal Sc..'. Reviewed on: 11th December 2023

What has happened?

Used to provide great service, but now, like other reviewers, I can not make contact with anyone at RCI, either by phone, email or online message. I have an important question that needs resolving. If I was a victim of fraud, what could I do? Reviewed on: 23rd November 2023

Locked out of my online banking - details are correct they are held in key chain on my mac !! They ask you to call them to get them to unlock -not answering the number - holding for 25 mins now. That is not ok - I need to be able to transfer money.... Reviewed on: 6th November 2023

AWFUL THEY DONT CARE

Unbelievably bad service actually non existant service They simply dony care and dont answer their phones........ Waited over 40 mins and stillthey dont answer!!!!! Not once but 3 times today.......... Have you stolen my money as I cannot speak to you!!!! What sort of unproffesional outfit are you??? Reviewed on: 6th November 2023

Are RCI Stealing from me?

This bank do not answer calls or emails and DO NOT PAY OWED INTEREST WHEN DUE. Oped a two year fixed rate account. No interest paid or showing in account despite first year elapsing (supposed to pay annually) Obviously accurate interest payments is not only a legal imperative but also vital for accounting purposes. I have bonds with many banks and have never uncounted this before. I am referring the bank to the FCA I recommend anybody encountering difficulties or apparent fraud in my case do the same Reviewed on: 6th November 2023

Holding back funds and no communication

As a family we have 3 accounts with RCI and we will now be looking to close them . They have held 8k off our Sons money in their holding account for 2 weeks and are refusing to put it into his account or return it. We have written to CEO and emailed the help line and made so many phone calls and RCI do not respond. I am appalled at there service and am desperate to know where to go from here .
