Easy to use and great customer service

I find the website easy to use and it’s also been very simple and quick to open a second account. When I have phoned I have found the customer service excellent; a place where you feel you are out first. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Worry Free Leading Account

I use this account for money I have no immediate need for and despite not requiring any notice I still get a competitive rate. The online service is great with a simple to use website and app and the support I've been provided with over the years over the phone has been great. I have seen other accounts occasionally offer a little more but eventually the fall behind whereas with RCI Bank I can rely on a consistently good rate and peace of mind. That is all I want.
