Great Overall Service

Calls are answered quickly and enquiries are dealt with by friendly, efficient agents. The app is brilliant, hassle free. Easy to transfer money to my other RCI accounts and good timescales moving money externally. Easy to open a new account and link it to my other accounts. Kept updated of changes and not pestered with unnecessary information. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Total satisfaction

Having opened a joint account in March 2017 I have had nothing but helpful, efficient service, despite my ISP having 'lost' my internet connection for nearly three months, and also after my wife died in 2018. RCI have also been much more realistic than other banks with their interest rates, adjusting them without being prompted. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022
